The Digital Content Creator works along with the Digital Marketing Strategist and staff responsible to coordinate social media postings, content management and online content production, and helps with the coordination and fact finding of content and back-end updates for online use.

Task/Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Research & Write five minimum 100 words blogs monthly
  • Create & test Rich Online content for publishing on various platforms and outlets
  • Assist with developing social media strategies, monitoring, engaging and executions on various platforms
  • Assist with the editing and development of graphic designs and photography production for both print and online use
  • Assist with Blogger program, its management and logistics
  • Report on trends on all BTB and Belize social media platforms
  • Assist with the review and planning of the influencer program
  • Assist Digital Marketing Strategist with payment processes (POs/Requisitions)
  • Take part in team collaboration meetings
  • Other tasks assigned from time to time

Skills/Experience

  • Qualifications: Education / Experience / Skills required of the position.
    • Associate’s Degree in Business, Tourism, or related field
    • Office Suite Skills
    • Data Analysis skills
    • Some PR experience
    • Understanding of data management
    • MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)
    • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Experience in photography production
    • Word Density Tool Capabilities
    • Ability to multi task, prioritize and work comfortable within tight deadlines
    • Strong sense of ownership of your assignments, passion for your job, ability to work well with a cross functional-team
    • Basic Project Management and time Management Skills
