PassportHeavy releases Belize: The Hidden Gem of Central America Documentary

Belize City Belize, August 8^th, 2022:  The Belize Tourism Board is delighted to share that the bespoke travel and lifestyle brand, PassportHeavy, has released its 48-minute documentary on their YouTube channel entitled, “Belize: The Hidden Gem of Central America”. The documentary represents the culmination of a partnership between the Belize Tourism Board and PassportHeavy, to bring Belize to new and emerging markets through the crafting of new narratives about Belize’s attractions, experiences, and people.

The documentary is narrated by PassportHeavy founder, Jubril Agoro, who visited Belize along with the PassportHeavy team in early 2022.  Through high-quality, captivating, visual storytelling and firsthand experiences, the documentary offers glimpses into various scenic destinations, cultures, cuisine, wildlife, and the warm hospitality of our Belizean people. As seen throughout the video, the team thoroughly enjoyed their time in Belize and has remarked that the documentary on Belize is their longest episode to date for a destination.

PassportHeavy currently has over 15 million views on YouTube. The documentary is expected to further bolster BTB’s efforts to promote Belize to new global audiences.
